WHAT
IS FACE READING?
Have you ever wondered if you achieve great wealth, if your marriage stays long and fruitful, if you have the potential to be a great doctor, writer or movie star? The answers may be written all over your face. The ancient Chinese art of face reading is over 2.500 years old, and it was documented as long ago as the time of Confucius. By looking at person’s face and the features on it, the reader gets a lot of information: the character of the person, the potential, disposition, creativity, and whether the person is fortunate or not so fortunate. In face reading, capability for something or personality traits are, indeed, shown in the features and other facial markings. Yet no feature is good or bad. The question to be asked is “Good for what?” The nose, for example, represents wealth, but just as the display of wealth takes different forms, the shape of the nose can show the potential for generosity, lavishness, thrift, greediness or accumulation. The key here is to know your own strengths and weaknesses. You are not doomed by any feature.
* How to find a good husband? | * What about a perfect wife? | * And a loyal business partner? |
* Can your nose bring you money? | * Is your fame in your eyebrows? |
* What will be your health in the senior years? |
* Does my cheating show on my face ? | * What can the forehead reveal? | * Can you control yourself? |
These are some of the questions that the face can tell answers to... and there are many, many more!
Below is just a very brief introduction to this subject. Full details of the Chinese Face Reading will be available in the upcoming book by Ilona and Erkki Kanto.

Each element, Fire, Water, Earth, Gold, Wood, is associated with a particular face shape. The ancient Chinese watched the sky and knew five planets: Mars, Mercury, Saturn, Venus and Jupiter. In China, each planet was associated with particular element for which it was named. Mars—Fire Star, Mercury—Water Star, Saturn—Earth Star, Venus—Gold Star and Jupiter—Wood Star.
The face is divided into
THREE MAJOR ZONES.
Each reveals details of the specified period in life. The top part from the hairline to the middle of the eyebrows represents youth, age 14 through 30. From the middle of the eyebrows to the bottom of the nose represents mid-life, age 31-50. The lower part of the face, from the bottom of the nose to the tip of the chin, represents maturity, age 50 and after. Childhood, from conception to age 13 is represented by the ears. If the zones are balanced—all three parts are of equal length—it indicates a balanced life. If one zone is dominant, it indicates the part of life in which the individual will be most effective. The shortest zone indicates the part of life in which you will have most of your problems.
